Over all the experience was very pleasant. The only complaint was that we made reservations for 8:30pm on a Friday and weren't seated until 9:20pm. The service was really good and the food was fine. Going to this place is more about the experience picking your own ingredients and having fun with your friends. It's worth going.
Perfect for large groups because it is easy to split the bill; everyone pays the same unless they order an appetizer, dessert, drink, etc.
The food is delicious and the open grill in the center makes your dinner so much more fun. College night is also a great deal. I would certainly recommend Fire and Ice Boston to others.

I had been to the Cambridge location a few times with a professional group, and had hoped that my wife and I might be nearby one day when we were hungry. So happy it worked out, because she absolutely loved it, and I did as always, too. My favorite characteristic is that I can eat well while supporting my dietary needs; there are not many restaurants where I can go repeatedly and reliably while avoiding sodium. It was not what I expected, but, when our waiterexplained how things worked, It was definately a ining experience. Price was very reasonable, food for every taste was offered. No pressure on time spent there by our waiter.Will keep on my short list of places for a good time.
Went here for a birthday night out with friends. They have so many kinds of food it's impossible to only go for one helping. The cooks are so nice, friendly, and funny. The waitress wasn't there as much as we would have liked her to have been but she was still very nice.
The food and the way you pick everything and have it cooked in front of you is amazing! I was there with my friends and I will be taking my wife soon. Awesome night!
Great restaurant, with endless choices for food. Fill up your bowl with anything you want at buffet area, and then they cook it all for you. Very energetic atmosphere. The cooks really keep the atmosphere fun and exciting. Love going here with a group of friends and you definitely get your money's worth. Would make a reservation here again anytime!
