We (napoleon club) decided to get together and meeting at Fire & Ice... we had SO MUCH fun meeting and eating!! VERY Deaf-Friendly!!!
It was good, but I was expecting better. First of all, it was extremely loud...too loud. I also was expecting more, since it had been recommended by a friend. The selection was fairly extensive, but it seemed that it was difficult to put things together that worked. It also seemed quite a bit overpriced for what you get.
Ambience was nice but taste of food was not so great. Be careful when adding spices to your dish. The spices are very strong. Price is great for the amount of food that you get. But I prefer paying a little extra and getting a good taste. On the other side, drinks are great here. We ordered Margarita in a pitch. For $18 you can't get anything better than that. We would definitely go back here for the drinks.

I wanted this night to be special but that was the end result. It started with the cramped seating (corner bench unit) that required everyone to slide out of the bench when they needed to get out for food. The noise level was deafening. We could barely hear each other speak. Lastly, we went up for food twice over a period of 1 1/2 hours and in both cases there were none of the items (fish or meat) that we wanted to have for dinner. It appeared that the staff responsible for filling these bowls avoided filling these items and... read more
I have been going to Fire and Ice for a long time, probably since it first opened. I have moved away and had not been there in a while. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the menu choices have expanded considerably. There was already a lot to choose from, and now there is even more. The quality of the food, the cooking, and the "fun" factor were as good as always. This is a great place to bring older kids, and by older I mean "old enough to carry their own plates to the grill and back to the table". Once I tried bringin... read more
