Great way for pickey eaters to get exactly what they want! The staff was very friendly & helpful. Enjoyed the entire experience: choosing food, watching it be prepared, & of course, eating. All food was fresh & tastefully prepared. Great place to go with a group to celebrate!
This was our second time coming to Fire and Ice. The first time we came for lunch. Dinner was much better, only because there was more food selections. We had an 8:30 reservation, got there early, and they sat us as soon as they could. We didn't wait long.
it was all great! went for my birthday and enjoyed it all. the only down side was that they would not split the checks for us, a group of 6 college students..
My children loved the food. I did not care much for the food I had to send my meal back twice,but my server Michael was great. I wish every restaurant I went to I had him as my server.Everyone else was nice as well.
My wife and I have been to F&I Boston many times and the food is always excellent. We live in Connecticut, and sometimes make a special trip just to go to F&I.
This was my 2nd birthday dinner celebration at Fire&Ice Boston. It was definitely much busier than last year around this time. My party had 3 more people added to my reservation last minute and therefor our table had to wait for some time for more seats. The food was great as usual. I have been to Fire and Ice several times and enjoy it each time.
The food is great, but be prepared for a crowd. A variety of cuisines are available, including Mexican, Thai, Chinese and American. At the end of the evening, they ask all patrons to fill out a survey which takes a while to fill out and is somewhat aggravating.
Such a fun place to go! I love all the food options and it is such a fun time there. I did have a problem with our server, not that they have to do much but clear our plates and take our drink orders, but my drink was made wrong three times. I asked for a crown royal on the rocks, why is that so hard?? I got a crown and coke brought out to my twice and then a crown royal with no ice. It was ridiculous. Other than that it was a fun night.
