A disappointing experience. One of my rare ones in Boston to disappoint. I eat out 4-6 times per week and they were lacking bowls for 6 minutes, missing good vegetables and overheating crowded areas. I would not go between 3-5pm on a Sunday.
great service, great food and awesome cooks. They are Very friendly and make their guest have an unbelievable dining experience.

It was one of the best restaurants I have ever been to there is def. something for everyone! Can't wait to go back again!
We loved the food and it was a fun atmosphere, the only drawback is we smelled like the grill when we left. If they are going to cook in the open they should have a better ventilation system.

Good food, fun atmosphere. Not recommended for those with food allergies. Food on the grill gets mixed together sometimes. Definately make a reservation or you will wait hours to get in at night. College kids are definately the age range.
Tasty, customized food. Come hungry, it's inevitable to leave stuffed! Our service was excellent, especially considering we went on a very busy night. Great concept.
This was our first time at Fire and Ice and our service was excellent. Our waitress went that extra mile to explain how the how process of how the meal preparing went. Also, when we went up to the food station the manager also approached us to make sure we were comfortable with how the whole process was to be handled.. can't beat that type of service. My only complaint which is a huge one is the restaurant was extremely cold, to the point that I did not want to take my jacket off. Turn the heat up, please.
