This was a great place to go with a group because there was something for everyone. Plus, it was a great experience. Good atmosphere. On a Saturday night it was noisy (loud music, lots of talking), so if you are looking for a place where you can talk, this probably isn't it (at least when we went). Our waiter could not be found, so for a first time experience, the service was lacking. Otherwise, food was great and it was a fun atmosphere.
This is my first time at this restaurant. At first i was kind of upset because i order a table online a few days after, to celebrate my Bday but, after we got there they gave us a booth table which was very small for my group. So we spoke with the manager and he was very generous and polite, we gave us a bigger and private booth, let's face it this place is packed(in a good way). Overall i have a great time, I will definitely come back here and already recommended this restaurant to my all friends and co-workers.
Great place! Showed up early and hung at the bar, Bartender was great. Food was good, preparation of the food was fun! It was my girlfriend's birthday, she had a blast!!!
Great Place with good service. Big hit for the College Crowd so a little on the loud side but goes along with the atmosphere of the restaurant itself. Good for a dinner with a group of friends, not for a romantic night out.
Another great visit at my favorite restaurant. The ambiance, food, and service were the same as ever - - but what really stood out is how cooperative the staff person was about solving a problem regarding payment.

I have been wanting to go to Fire and Ice for years. I have finally made it after getting a coupon in my email from Fire and Ice for a free birthday dinner. I am a coupon person and also had a gift card. So I not only had a free birthday dinner but I had a great night. The waitress was great the drink we had from the bar was amazing. Fun restaurant at a great price. Worth it for the enjoyment, but definitely book ahead through open table. We booked for 8pm and were seated at 8pm but walk ins were waiting for over an hour. Bar is good and drinks are priced well.
Had a great time, food was great, place was fun....we took our family an my daughter and some of her college friends, everyone really enjoyed it and loved the food :)
