It was a fantastic meal, the price was excellent for downtown Boston and the ambience was incredible. We had reservations, but still had a wait for a little more than 20 minutes and only figured out why once we were seated. Once you're in there it's hard to leave. While waiting, people coming in without a reservation were told it would be a 2 1/2 hour wait.
The food is amazing and the service is awesome. I like that u can get whatever u want for one price. The noise level wasn't too bad. I would defiently recomend taking friends here.

Food was great, ultra fun atmosphere.
The music was Catchy, the grille staff was fun and entertaining. The food was delicious and our waiter was very outgoing and nice. It was kind of dark, but the tables were well lit. The prices are reasonable, but it is definitely great for going out with friends. I cannot wait to go back.

A fun restaurant if you're open to some fun - service was on the spot, foot is as good or bad as you choose to make it (but they could use some more spicy options in their sauce area). This is modeled on the Manchurian Steakhouse model, pick your food, seasonings, etc., and they cook it on a twelve foot round grill. I've been going to fire & ice for years and it remains one of my favorite restaurants. Always great food as well as service!
