I've been here before and I keep coming back for special events with big groups. I don't need to go over the routine there, but in between going up for a new plate, the waitress/waiter will refill water and check in with us when we sit down for drinks or anything we need. I also appreciate that they all seem very friendly and strike up conversations. Food is cooked well, and even the cooks will sometimes do quick tricks with their utensils. I had a great dinning experience at Fire + Ice. The service was great although it was my first time eating in the restaurant I was treated as if I was a regular customer. Great A+ service, and a very friendly environment.
My girlfriend and I had dinner at Fire & Ice Boston on a recent Saturday night. Making a reservation online seemed to ensure us that we wouldn't be waiting a long time, which we didn't. The service was very quick and very helpful. The food itself was very, very good and the overall atmosphere of the place was fun and energetic. I will say it isn't the ideal place if you are looking for a quiet, romantic dinner for two, but we certainly did enjoy ourselves and definitely were not hungry when we left!
Might want to add a few more wines to the list. And have them be some fairly decent within a reasonable price range too. Also I tried twice to sign up for the rewards program to get the 10$ off and the appetizers and such and no one knew what I was...see below...
Fantastic dining experience for all. Perfect for the date with my girlfriend who is picky about her food. WILL be returning as always! Ps. the blueberry margaritas are to die for!
We absolutely loved our dinner at fire and ice! We went up to get 2 rounds of food before indulging in the make your own sundae bar! I tried one of the suggested recipes on fire and ice's website (penne con pollo) and I have to say it was absolutely AMAZING! I can't wait to go back, and lucky for me I'm going back Monday the 19th of December! Thanks for making my birthday AMAZING!
A little noisy, but the food was made as quickly and efficiently as could be by the chefs. The restaurant accomadated for my vegetarian guest by cooking the food separately which was nice
IT WAS MY WIFE'S BIRTHDAY AND SHE HAD A GREAT TIME AS DID MY GUESTS. IT IS A REAL FUN PLACE TO GO.
Very nice restraunt. Best fitted for small or large groups or groups of friends. Family oriented. Not a place to have a romantic dinner out. Somewhat noisy.
