Terrible service, bad seating, under staffed, staff non-attentive
I made reservations on the app for fire and ice at 1030. We arrived a few minutes late due to good ol Boston traffic to some arrogant and mouthy male host. He told me I must be joking that we had reservations at 1030. He said they are closed and you'd have to leave in fifteen minutes. I said I made the reservations ok the app and he said they don't use it and that I was wrong. What happened to customer service? After getting engaged about 45 minutes earlier. Terrible experience. First timer after Pops Concert. Was not expecting Chuckee Cheeses type experience. Music way too loud, multiple screaming kids, like really screaming - on a Sunday evening! Both had headaches in no time. Ate one small plate of food and had to leave. Absolutely no place for quiet dining.
Very loud. Stood in line for 15 minutes just to have food cooked.
Went here for my birthday and had a great night wth good food and friends.
horrible. was very decived. the waitress never came to the table... so upset it was my husbands birthday i spent $80 on horrible service..
The concept is interesting, but the result is a long wait for overcooked, dried out food. Ideally, you could go back for more food if you wanted, but after waiting 35 minutes for the first round to be cooked, I didn’t want to go through that again. Also, we were a group of 8 and the way the food is cooked meant that we did not all get to eat together. Went for my son's birthday. He likes it, so we indulge. The concept itself is ok, but you choose the ingredients in your own meal and, well, your creation might not turn out all that great. Just make another one?, but that means another 10-20 minute wait for them to cook it, and by cook it, I mean to overcook it. They kind of have to, too much risk when you're cooking 40 meals simultaneously on a huge circular mongolian grill. So the food is only as interesting as your creativity and not cooked all that well.
