I wish I new when I made the reservation that there was going to be a party of 200 Kids. The line to get food and have it cooked was extremely long and very crowded. We kept getting cut and bumped. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Restaurant didn't care if you had a reservation, they were only interested in larger parties. Complained about having to move tables to seat us, almost 20 minutes after our time, due to other larger parties. Noise level was deafening, club like atmosphere, if you enjoy that while trying get to eat. Grill was way too over crowded, with everyone's food getting mixed together, as they tried to cram more food on at the same time. Definitely not worth the 70$ check. Not recommended for families.
there was a very long wait . I expected to eat at a specific time, that's why I set a reservation but that itself was disregarded.
I had been to Fire and Ice in Providence a few times and it was great! I was excited to make Easter Reservations and bring my two sons to the Boston location as I had never been either. The second we walked in, I regretted my decision. The stairs entering the "Fire" section on the second floor were not just dirty but filthy. The trend continued as the window sill next to our seat had food, dust and again just filth. We got no real direction from the waitress and were sent on our way. As we walked around, our shoes were stick... read more
The restaurant and bathrooms were dirty and the place is deafening loud. Food was OK but not enough for a second visit.
We tried to use a card I was given of but one get one free bowl. They gave us a table and the server we have to go to the bar fir that. Then the hostess apologized and confirmed that offer was at the bar. Once at the bar the server said we had to go upstairs for that. We asked fir the manager and 10' later the server went upstairs fir the manager. Manager never came to talk to us and server said that was not valid any more for the bowls although they had no expiration date. We asked to use it for other items and she said no.... read more

Literally our entire party was stomach sick within minutes stepping out of the restaurant. Likely undercooked food or food that was not stored out in the open properly. Not a great first impression, and will definitley be our last time there.
We went to Fire and Ice for my friend's son's birthday. Despite having made opentable reservations, we still waited a long time for a table. The noise was deafening and we couldn't hear our waitress. The two biggest issues for me, were the really fishy, awful mussels (don't get those!) and the really filthy ladies room. Food was okay other than the mussels. I would not go back.
