The drinks were over priced for what we got, the water tasted like chlorine . I find it overpriced in general , it was not a the best experience.
Arrived 15 minutes early for the reservation was told it would be 10 minutes before they could seat us. 20 minutes AFTER our reservation time we were finally seated though they had no issue seating multiple large groups that came after us. Guess that was where they money was and individuals don't matter much. So much for making a reservation.
This location was very cold. We asked to be seated at a different table. It was still very cold, 4 people did not even take off their coats because it was so cold.
Terribly overpriced substandard food. Takes a long time for meal to cook.
I was very upset that I made reservations a week in advance and people who didn't have reservations were sat before me and I got sat 25 minutes later than my reservation after checking in a half hour early.
They did not seat us until 45 mins after our reservation
The staff needs to keep a closer eye on larger parties. While we were there a school trip was in there with more than 30 probably 4th through 7th graders and the kids were having food fights and generally rowdy. The table behind us was throwing a napkin, dripping with what I would assume was pink lemonade at each other and it cleared the high backs of the both booths and hit my head in a dripping, sticky mess before it landed on the table and splashed into our plates and onto the rest of my party. Too hot!!!! Too noisy!!! We were all sick from the food!!! Do not go here!!!!
We had very, very poor service at the bar. Bartender out righted ignored us. Another customer stated that this was common. We arrived 30 minutes early to our reservation, only to be told at 6pm that there was a 15-20 minute wait. I informed the staff member that I was not going to wait, I made a reservation for a reason (tickets to local theater) and this was exactly why I made one.
