Food was fine although it too forever to get your food cooked. Fun place. Service was terrible. Had to chase down our waiter. Forgot my drink. Check took forever. No host at entrance on 1sr floor so I actually thought the elevator was out of service. Once and done.

Fire and ice was a wonderful experience it was my parties first time at this restaurant and we were very please. The noise was a little loud but it was acceptable for the group size that was in the Dinning area. The food was amazing and the service was good. I would come here more often when I visit Boston

Staff was very friendly and kept things running smoothly despite being busy. If it’s your birthday your meal is free and they give you a nice little treat!
