I love Fire and Ice and I am glad they have reopened. Friendly service and delicious food you can choose and customize to your liking.
Before the pandemic you could chose how much food you wanted as you picked whatever and put it in a bowl for the chefs to cook. Now its portioned by the chefs. Yes, its all you can eat for 23.99 BUT if your only allowed 90 min, there isn't much time to enjoy the atmosphere with friends to get seconds. I went as a group of 4 and we had one round of food with some drinks. Birthday good service and food...excellent
Each order took a while to get, and a lot of the food was overlooked yet cold at the same time. The chicken was pretty dry, and there was a lack of sauce on the pasta dishes. I would recommend getting a burger, though you need to request condiments from your server (why wouldn’t condiments be on the menu checklist?). Overall, our experience was fine but we wouldn’t choose to go back.
So worth it, even on covid times!
Service was very slow. We had ordered a dish which never came.
The restaurant was as good as I had remembered it. We used to have one in our hometown but it closed. The food was delicious. Our server was wonderful. It was a great experience.
Food was tasty and loved the drinks, recommend the Cadillac margarita
I love the set up to accommodate for social distancing and safety measures. I actually hope they keep the same ordering system in place when things go back to normal. Our server was enthusiastic and did an excellent job being attentive to several tables.
