We didn’t know what to expect under the new covid procedures but everything was cooked perfect and our server was friendly and attentive
The service was fantastic and the food was perfect. Even in covid times, they are doing a great job.
My girlfriend and I are big fans of this restaurant. This was our first time going post-COVID, and we were VERY disappointed with the service. Our server seemed very distracted, I'm not sure if he was taking on additional duties, but we received 3 plates of food over our 1.5 hour meal, after making the utmost effort to get his attention. We ate at Fire and Ice during the Coronavirus scare. All the employees were doing an excellent job of keeping things clean.
Always a Great Meal....Lots of excellent choices...my server Chris was appropriately attentive....Hopefully Corona blows over and their business can get back to normal
The appetizers were great! Both my friends and i got sick off the chicken that was put on the grill... not sure it was completely cooked.. the chicken should not sit out like that on the buffet
It was my first time going to Fire & Ice and it was so much fun! Our waitress was awesome! The food selections were great and the food was amazing! Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it!
It’s a great place to go, on Monday night they have a special students discount so we thought it would get a bit crowded with students but actually know they manage the space in a super efficient way and the food is delicious
Out of our 5 day stay in Boston, we came here 2x. The food is absolutely wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly. I’d highly recommend Fire + Ice Boston to anyone!
