Food was amazing as always, service was great. Ambience was a bit to dark for my taste.

We didn’t know what to expect under the new covid procedures but everything was cooked perfect and our server was friendly and attentive

My girlfriend and I are big fans of this restaurant. This was our first time going post-COVID, and we were VERY disappointed with the service. Our server seemed very distracted, I'm not sure if he was taking on additional duties, but we received 3 plates of food over our 1.5 hour meal, after making the utmost effort to get his attention. I noticed that every other server had a wonderful sense of hustle and that people who were seated after us were receiving their food before we did. The appetizers were great! Both my friends and i got sick off the chicken that was put on the grill... not sure it was completely cooked.. the chicken should not sit out like that on the buffet

It was my first time going to Fire & Ice and it was so much fun! Our waitress was awesome! The food selections were great and the food was amazing! Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it!

It’s a great place to go, on Monday night they have a special students discount so we thought it would get a bit crowded with students but actually know they manage the space in a super efficient way and the food is delicious
