Good restaurant if you’re looking for a large quantity of decent food. Price is good and we’d definitely eat there again. If we could, we’d only change two things. First, we wish there were more options for greens. The lettuce was pretty basic and it would’ve been nice to have some spinach or arugula. Second, our service was a bit slow. They cleared our table quickly, but it took a while to get refills on drinks. We’d definitely eat there again, though. Was a fun experience, for sure.

I would have liked to see the counter being cleaned between customers as they came up to have their food cooked. The food and drinks were delicious though and they had gloves for people to wear while filling their bowls (looked optional)

Our server took 20 minutes to bring us our check after we finished eating. We spoke to him about splitting the bill when he first greeted us but he said he would fix it at the end. He brought us a check and told us to tell him how to split it. He then went back to the bar and took another 15 minutes to get back to us because he had to make a bunch of drinks. I wondered how they would pull off dining with all the restrictions. We had to wear gloves and we could not stand by the cooking circle. Not quite as much fun but all in all still a worthwhile experience.
Jennifer and the rest of the staff was friendly, polite and attentive. The service and food was great.

My daughter and I spent the day in Boston yesterday. We were very excited to be back at Fire and Ice since the other locations in the region had closed in the past few years. I appreciated the protocols put in place with COVID and had two great meals. Everything was fresh and was a reminder why we love this place (aside from the creativity and unique meal prep!)

Food was excellent (although the buffet choices were a little limited compared to pre-Covid days). It was good to be able to select your own ingredients. The service and drinks were very good.
