Safety precautions in place and followed. Restaurant was freezing. Waiter was amazing. Hostess was kind of abrupt with asking for a card to put a deposit on. Food was ok.

Food and service is always amazing at Fire + Ice! It's an experience you don't usually get at a normal restaurant and every time I'm in Boston I'll be sure to come back.

It is still a great place to eat. So much has changed since covid-19 struck and people are starting to get out more . But the food has always been great and still is.
We made an reservation and they let us sit early and very promptly. The food was great the server was great the drinks were great. All the food and a scorpion bowl still only came up to $70 which was ridiculous because of how much we ate. I was definitely assuming I was going to be paying $100 or more.
Family of 4 seated at a small table & when we asked sandy ( our server ) if we can have a bigger table she had clean off a table and sat us somewhere where it was more comfortable. Food was great 👍🏻 We plan to return for Dinner Time SOON !!!
The food was amazing, and the service was great. Our waiter was very nice. Can’t wait to visit again when we are in Boston.
