We ate at Fire and Ice during the Coronavirus scare. All the employees were doing an excellent job of keeping things clean.

The appetizers were great! Both my friends and i got sick off the chicken that was put on the grill... not sure it was completely cooked.. the chicken should not sit out like that on the buffet

It was my first time going to Fire & Ice and it was so much fun! Our waitress was awesome! The food selections were great and the food was amazing! Everyone had a great time. I highly recommend it!

It’s a great place to go, on Monday night they have a special students discount so we thought it would get a bit crowded with students but actually know they manage the space in a super efficient way and the food is delicious

Out of our 5 day stay in Boston, we came here 2x. The food is absolutely wonderful and the staff is extremely friendly. I’d highly recommend Fire + Ice Boston to anyone!
Always a great time and great food! Took awhile to get a drink after we received the wrong drink. Ate almost my full plate of food before we got the correct drinks we ordered and I’m a slow eater. Wasn’t even offered water while we waited for our drink order to be fixed.

4th time returning to Fire + Ice. The wait was much longer than normal despite the reservation but the food was well worth it and our waiter was very kind.
