I love Fire + Ice! The food is always amazing and they are always fully stocked on everything. I dont really like the new look though. I think the old dining room setting was better
Truly this was my first time there and it was the best ever ! The service was great and the food itself was absolutely wonderful.

Just OK. KIDS lobe it, but the price for dinner is NOT worth it, esp because you pay so much for drinks and desserts. Food is average. I wanted kale, but they didn’t have any. Won’t go back at dinner prices

Had a great experience at dinner. It was college night so it was a bit on the boisterous side but other than that everything was excellent.

The new design leaves a large, confusing open space. The old design with the "sauce bar" made it clear where the end was. Also, the absence of the white rice cooker, soup and dessert bar leaves a bit lacking. The waitstaff was slow to start out but seemed to get it from there. Also, the bill had suggest tip amounts on it which was great. We split the bill in half and when our card slips were returned, EACH slip still had the suggested tip amount for both.
