Fire and Ice was amazing 👏 even in the midst of this pandemic was a great experience. Things are different right now and you have to fill out a slip to place your dinner order and have your food bought to you for safety reasons. But even with this new procedure in place,, my husband and I both were extremely satisfied and the orders were completely correct.

I was extremely appreciative of the safety changes necessitated by this damned covid, but I must say that it changed the "normal dynamics & fun" of eating here. This is just a comment, and NOT to be misconstrued as a complaint, and the food was just as tasty. ONE complaint is the paper menus that they were giving out to order your food were printed on a printer that was running out of ink, and it was barely legible.

I've been to Fire and Ice many times in the past and its been amazing, that's why I was very disappointed with our experience. Our service was very slow, we only saw our waiter 3 times in the 90 min we were there. Our food took a long time to get to us and it lacked flavor and was poorly cooked. For the almost $150 we spent it was not at all worth it.
Food was amazing as always, service was great. Ambience was a bit to dark for my taste.

We didn’t know what to expect under the new covid procedures but everything was cooked perfect and our server was friendly and attentive

My girlfriend and I are big fans of this restaurant. This was our first time going post-COVID, and we were VERY disappointed with the service. Our server seemed very distracted, I'm not sure if he was taking on additional duties, but we received 3 plates of food over our 1.5 hour meal, after making the utmost effort to get his attention.
