Unique concept but was a bit hectic. Good once you get the drill
Fun for kids to explore food options but food is not that great at all

Great location. Always fun watching your food being cooked on the big grill. We've also been at the South Lake Tahoe location. The chefs at that location were a bit more "exciting" with their tricks at the grill. We noticed that one of the chef's appeared to be in training and was learning how to flip the food with style. A fun family place. Everyone can choose their unique mix of food/toppings

Great food and atmosphere. We took 5 kids and they loved picking out the food and watching it be cooked. Will be back.

We had a great dinner at fire and ice, had never done anything like it before. Enjoyed being able to make our own meals and load up with whatever we felt like. Service was attentive, staff were friendly and visited often to check if we needed anything. Would recommend and happily visit again.

Came around opening time on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We were the first ones seated in the dining area and got a nice spot near the windows; great view and a fun start to the day. I love being able to pick my own ingredients (is that the right word) and customize everything just how I like it.
