Great food and atmosphere. We took 5 kids and they loved picking out the food and watching it be cooked. Will be back.

We had a great dinner at fire and ice, had never done anything like it before. Enjoyed being able to make our own meals and load up with whatever we felt like. Service was attentive, staff were friendly and visited often to check if we needed anything. Would recommend and happily visit again.

Came around opening time on a Saturday to celebrate my birthday. We were the first ones seated in the dining area and got a nice spot near the windows; great view and a fun start to the day. I love being able to pick my own ingredients (is that the right word) and customize everything just how I like it. Its a new spin on a Mongolian bbq type of thing with American and Italian food as the base. The seafood was very fresh, the base sauces could be expanded upon but the ones they had were tasty. The manager was an angel and absolute joy to chat with, the food was good and ambience and drinks great so yah, ill Def be going back!!!

Service is fantastic. The servers are very helpful, and seem genuinely happy to help. The guys who cook the food and tend to the grill have a very hard job, and they are still so nice. The food was a little disappointing. It's fine to good. The options are not endless though. They are pretty plentiful, but not compared to the website. This may be my personal take, though. Whoever doesn't eat here is missing out. It is one of the absolute best places in SF. If you have a group of friends who can't decide what to eat, then there is no better option because everyone can just pick what they want, take it to the grill - where everything is prepared excellently and to order - and eat to their fill. The staff? Bar none. The food? Plentiful and delicious. One of SF's absolute musts. The manager, Cassius, is the absolute best.
