I love Mongolian BBQ and was thinking this would be that and unfortunately it really wasn’t. Yes there are some Mongolian BBQ types of food but then there is also a make your own pasta bar with hotdogs and burgers. Way to confusing as to what type of food to call this.

FiRE+iCE is definitely not your average grill joint—we lean into the “create-your-own-adventure” vibe, where you can go full teriyaki stir-fry one round and cheeseburger sliders the next. It’s fusion with freedom, and while it’s not for everyone, we appreciate you giving it a try and hope the experience sparked at least a little fun along the way.
Our dinner was amazing, again! We came with friends and family this time. The manager, Cassius, remembered us. The view was amazing, the food was good and cooked perfectly, the music was the perfect volume. I do wish they had a sesame/soy sauce, but that's a suggestion and not a criticism.

Our server was a pretty decent server, but he was a bit all over the place. The manager was lovely and very friendly. The food was really good and all of the chefs at the grill table were funny and friendly.

Food bar was so messy, they were out of almost everything. The service was aweful. Management was not aloof. This could be a decent concept but the grill was tiny and caused a huge wait for the food to be prepared. Long lines for the grill. Also the chefs didn’t do anything cool i.e. fires or cool cooking. Overall the selection was not great, food quality was low, the food bar was a total mess, the were out of everything, I waited 30 minutes for my drink, it seemed that the wait staff would disappear. Very disappointed. We have eaten at other Fire+ice locations and this one really fell short. We were so excited to find that a SF location was opening, and when we got there, the menu was different. No salad bar option, no blender at the bar (lava flows were our fave at the Boston location!), Hispanic music blared the entire time, and the food was overcooked and very salty. (At one point there were 14 meals being cooked at one time on the round grill, with a single cook manning it - that is a lot for one person). Unfortunate... read more

The food was sitting out open not fresh I thought they brought it to you as you ordered it and they cooked it in front of you as you ordered it but it's like a buffet of open food raw food seafood chicken beef all just open for people to touch. You are allowed one bowl per person per time through the line. It's way too overpriced for the food but the experience I guess is what you're paying for. The calamari though was off the chain!!!

Menus have not been updated and do not reflect accurate prices. Food was mediocre for Mongolian.
