First Choice Heating does all our HVAC work and have been for many years. We have a winter and summer maintenance program and they call and fit the work into a time that is convenient for us. Rob was prompt, professional and when I asked him to provide an additional check was happy to take care of my request. I highly recommend First Choice.
They never let me down. Great company and great people. Bill did my initial service call and Cullen put in my new air conditioning unit. Both were efficient, respectful and nice guys. Cullen worked his tail off all day and did a beautiful job. He put runners down in my house, cleaned up after himself and hauled away the old unit and parts. I highly recommend them.
They’ve replaced, serviced and maintained our furnace, AC & H2O heater for many years! We trust them fully - always fair and honest! Randi is always polite, friendly and helpful! Tyler was great (although we’ve never had a subpar technician from FC). He was straightforward yet tactful in his approach to our 23 yr old AC unit. Yes, it’s a dinosaur!
We had an issue with our two mini split heating & cooling units. 1st Choice Technician, Rob, was personable, efficient, identified the problem, explained our options & was very professional. We were satisfied with the service.
