I think your company found a customer financially comfortable to overcharge us for a repair that I have since investigated to be higher in price than 2 other companies. We as a family compliment good service and companies that help us under stress times BUT it cost us much more than was expected or anticipated. and unnecessary,

When my furnace went out ,I called First Choice in ****** because I like giving my business to local contractors. The tech came out the next day and spent 45 minutes here,and did a $100 diagnosis.He didn't have the required replacement switch on his truck and said he would order it..When the switch came in,a second tech came and spent 20 minutes replacing the part and cycling the furnace. This price includes all the costs of running a business which are significant.
