Great service, First Choice rearranged their schedule and sent out a technician right away since we had no heat. A furnace part had been replaced a month previously and it turned out not to be the replacement part. Bill diagnosed what the issue was and took care of the problem in a timely fashion.
As always this company is very professional, fair and honest. They have done work at our home and our rental home. Always find the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner.
Nicholas was prompt, attentive, professional, personable, described what he was going to do, did it, and gave us appropriate, useful information about possible follow up care/service. He cleaned up the work area nicely. His service was well above standard. He is to be commended.
Always knowledgeable and friendly. I like the idea of giving a small time window of their arrival. Some companies give a window of 4 hours but this one said between 8 and 8:30 and he was here at 8:15.
The First Choice Heating & Cooling service rep, Bill S., was very knowledgeable; He explained what was wrong with the furnace and what part needed to be ordered. Since the furnace was under warranty, he was able to honor the labor and get the part needed with a minimum of inconvenience and time. They were easy to get a follow-up appointment for installation of the replacement part, especially important during this cold weather. When possible, I believe in supporting local businesses.
Prompt and courteous service, reasonable rates. Have used them for various things over the last 5 years. Would definitely recommend.
I have used them time and time again. I won't hire anyone else to do HVAC work. Simply the best.
