I wish I could recommend Blake and his services, but I can't. Blake and I only spoke over the phone (when I could actually get him to return my calls). He repeatedly encouraged for only phone calls rather than in person. I came to find out later that it was because he was in Saint George and I was in Orem (3 hours away), not sure why he had my mortgage. Back to the issues, Blake was never available.
