Travis is an excellent loan officer. My wife and I had some very specific needs with our mortgage that he was able to work with without any issues. Received an FHA loan through First Colony. The house does not even come close to qualifying. Half the house doesn’t have a foundation, direct wood to dirt contact. Most of the house has been destroyed by wood destroying insects and organisms. The roof, ceiling, attic space and walls are full of mold. They use FHA inspectors that will appraise the house for whatever the loan is regardless of condition.
