Throughout the whole process, I was constantly impressed by Lane's knowledge, responsiveness, and work ethic. My wife and I were first time home buyers and a process that could have been extremely stressful, was fun and exciting. He closed timely and we could not have been happier with the service we received. We definitely will use him again.
Lane was GREAT! It was my first time buying a home and he was friendly, explained the process clearly, and made the experience way lower-stress, easier and smoother than I could have possibly imagined. I will definitely use Lane again for my next mortgage and highly recommend him.
Lane is very knowledgable, personal, quick and responsive, clear, and excellent at managing expectations. We had a pretty complicated experience and Lane worked very diligently on figuring out what we needed to do and who we needed to talk with to get things taken care of. I knew he had my best interest in mind.
Lane is the best! He does what he says-- I've used him twice, once to close on my home and again to refinance. I've referred friends and family to him and everyone has had a great experience. I would never use anyone else.
Steve Lundwall is a great loan officer and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very knowledgeable of loan programs and options. He is quick to answer questions and will help with whatever you need. He was great in the pre-approval process and we will definitely go with him for our loan.
Lane is a fantastic mortgage lender. I had a few questions during the mortgage process and when I called him, he answered and was very patient in responding to all of my questions. I would highly recommend Lane and have done so on numerous occasions. He is very professional and knows the ins and outs of getting a home loan. I have gone back to Lane with mortgage questions and I will use him again on our next home purchase.

Lane was fantastic. He was great at communicating via email both with us and our Real Estate Agent. He contacted us when rates dropped and helped us refi as well. I would definitely use Lane again and would highly recommend him to others.
