As first time home buyers Emily took the fear factor out of buying a new house for my wife and I. Her up to date knowledge of which mortgage plans were available to buyers like us was very helpful. Her no Bologna attitude was great she told us exactly what we needed and didn't play games with extra paperwork and deadlines. I know exactly who to recommend to anybody seeking a mortgage.

Have done a couple projects with Emily and am looking forward to doing more in the future. I purchased a home and Emily helped make things go smoothly. I was always in contact, felt like I could talk to her about any issues I had, and that she would have the answers. Later, she proactively let me know of an opportunity to refinance at a much lower rate. We have worked with Jeremy twice now and have been very impressed both times! He closed our home loan in 2011 and also just recently refinanced our current home where living in for us! We will continue to go to him for future home purchases and refinances!

Travis Van Noy is an excellent Real Estate Professional. Travis would respond promptly to my calls and email and was willing to discuss in detail every step of the way and any questions or concerns I had. He understands his job very well and the few times he wasn't 100% sure on something he would check and report back quickly. He was very helpful while being friendly and happy throughout the process. Jeremy helped us every step of the way, from getting our credit in good shape to getting us a great rate on our loan. He told us just how much we could afford to pay for a home and got through the paperwork speedily. From the day we sat in his office till our loan funded was less than 3 weeks. Working with Jeremy Hollingshead was a dream come true! Honestly, we have never had such a wonderful experience with the purchase of a home. We went through the pre-qualification process with Jeremy at First Colony Mortgage and knew what we could afford immediately. We got our loan through Jeremy and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We were trying to sell our old home and the buyers were having trouble getting a loan. Jeremy got them the loan when a bank turned them down (at the last minute). He was our hero! He also got us a great rate on our new home. He was quick in doing the loan. We were VERY satisfied with him! We would definitely recommend doing business with him!
