Jeff was very helpful throughout the process. I liked the videos from First Colony at each stage of the process that explained what was happening in plain English. The only confusion was caused by a delay by my builder, but Jeff was easily reachable and responsive which made it easy to weather.
Travis was prompt to respond to all of my questions and handle any requests. 10/10 would recommend using him again. It was clear that he cared about this important decision of buying a house and that we weren't just another number for him.
From day 1, Sheila had our best interest at the center of everything. She was in constant communication regarding different options, changes in the market, roadblocks, and successes. While the "news" wasn't ideal all the time (mostly due to market conditions), it was really nice knowing what we were dealing with way up front. We constantly had the feeling that Sheila had our backs, and was trying to get us in the best situation possible. Thanks Sheila, you're the best!
Kris is the kindest, easiest person to work with. She is on the ball and is excellent at staying in contact through the whole process. I will recommend her to ANYONE. It was a rush close (3 weeks) and she got it done!!
