I had called a few lenders shopping around for a mortgage and none were as knowledgeable and as quick to respond and as enthusiastic as Jake was. He seemed to be always available and responded to my questions and concerns almost instantly. He was just very friendly and easy to work with, I highly recommend him. And they aren't kidding about the turn around time, the offer was accepted on Aug. 1st and we closed on Aug. 17th.
Reagan helped us from start to finish and was so courteous, friendly, easy to work with, outgoing, reliable, honest and very customer service oriented! He was always willing to meet us when it was convenient for us! He was always quick to respond to us and so thorough!
