I will never use anyone else. Jeremy was great, he communicated very well and picked a loan that was perfect for our situation. I would recommend him to anyone.

Aubrie and her team were professional, kind, and responsive. Every question, every concern, every doubt, was addressed quickly and with care. The process of buying a home is never easy, but their professionalism and experience made me feel like I'm in good hands. I am sure I will reach out to the Staples group again, and mainly Aubrie, in the near future for refinance and hopefully another purchase.

This is our second time working with Shaun, and he is fantastic! He is thorough, efficient and hardworking. He kept us updated every step of the way. We had a few hiccups along the way due to our own credit history, but Shaun was patient through the process and when it all got sorted out he came prepared with several new options. We have been wanting to build our home for over 3 years. But because of various reasons, things kept not working out. Nan never gave up on us. She would check in on us every few months and kept encouraging us to try. She helped us find a builder and motivated us to build our home. She was there every step of the way to help us with our loans and questions we had.
