I feel that Jon was very helpful since day one. He did everything he could to keep me updated with he status of my loan and with any documents I needed to complete the process. I felt good working with him.
I have to say this was a truly pleasurable experience. Becky and her team made this a very smooth process. Best experience I've ever had with a mortgage company!!! Will definitely recommend them.

I really enjoyed working with Becky and her team. We weren't on a strict time frame, so sometimes we were really slow to complete what was needed or we would just let time pass before following up. She was always super kind and patient and would just update the information and what we needed each time. She helped us work out several specific needs in our process. Travis and his entire team were amazing! They made the process so much less confusing and frustrating than we expected and after we bought our home they did not forget us!
