Becky and her team ( especially Angel ) were so personal and professional. Made our tough situation very easy. Never had a problem. We love First Colony.
Becky and her team were able to complete our closing much sooner than we thought it would take. Her team explained the process and we were able to get all of the documents needed to close early. Everything went like clockwork through the process and there is nothing I see that could have been better. We were extremely satisfied and the closing cost were much lower than our credit union.
Travis answered every single question i had, he always answered right away. This was my first home and he helped me step by step. It honestly wasnt hard at all with his guidance.
