Stephen Eldredge is amazing! He did a refinance on our home and it was by far the smoothest loan process we have ever been through! He kept us so informed on the status of our loan from start to finish and was very responsive and knowledgeable with any questions we had. He was able to get get us a better rate, get the mortgage insurance off of our loan (which other companies we tried was not able to do so) and saved us a couple hundred dollars a month! Working with Becky and Brandon was a cinch. There was a time when we had to sign some papers and we were visiting family in St. George, Utah which just happened to be the town where their offices were and they arranged to come in way after hours and sign had all the docs in order for us to sign. Everything was easy and most of the signing was e-signing so the whole process was nearly transparent. Thanks Becky and Brandon.

Jeremy in my opinion is the best in the business. He has helped several of my family members and friends, so of course, when it was my time to build, I went to him. I had a lot of questions through the process and he was always available to me and was able to answer all my question. I have referred several others to him and they had the same experience.

Travis was great to work with! He was very quick to respond to any call, email, or message we sent him. He was very knowledgeable, and very thorough in all our documents going to underwriting. He was also great working with everyone we needed him to...home builder, home owner's insurance, real estate agent, etc. We would highly recommend having Travis help with your home loan! (In fact, we have already sent someone his way! Definitely will send more!)
