This is the 2nd loan I have done through mr. Hollingshead's company and both experiences have been excellent. Refi was completed with minimal hassle in under 3 weeks!

Jeremy Hollingshead was so helpful in getting everything accomplished in a short period of time. He was very patient with me in discussing various aspects of the loan process. Jon is fabulous! We absolutely loved working with him. He was very timely and knowledgeable. I just built a home and Jon stayed up to date with the builders and Realtors so he wouldn't get behind or delay our closing--we even closed a day earlier than expected! He is up to date and very keen with rates and knew when to lock ours so that we got the lowest rate possible. Everything went as smoothly as it possibly could have gone thanks to Jon and Devin Haub's (Realtor) professional expertise!
It was a pleasure working with Jeremy - from the first phone call to the end of the transaction (which was conducted by another person@ his office). I had nothing but positive experiences with the entire office. It was all done by email & telephone. They were very accommodating because we were not in our home city while receiving the papers, signing & getting them notarized.

Travis was quick and works hard when you need him the most. I would have been lost without his knowledge and expertise as a lender. Travis was able to inform me when the housing rates where low and we were able to lock it in for our closing.
