Recently closed on our new home. Having done this in North Carolina and Arkansas before moving to St George, I must say that First Colony (especially Brandon & Becky) were excellent to work with. Communication is the key to this process and they have that down pat! Clear, timely, and thorough communication at every step. Oh, and did I mention that they are great people to work with!Recommending them to everyone who asks.

Kris was a referral from a good friend of mine and I have used her more than once to help me refinance my house. I highly recommend using Kris for your loan services. She is honest, kept me up to date, and helps you understand your loan and why to do one thing versus another. Becky is efficient, friendly and thorough. She is very quick in getting questions answered and definitely make sure all the bases are covered. My husband and I had a lot of concerns with qualifying for a mortgage and we feel like we are totally prepared and know all of our options. It's great to have such confidence before buying a home.

Kris helped me with the purchase of a new rental property. She is very knowledgeable and was able to pull off a closing in less than three weeks. She was easy to get a hold of and I felt like I was always in the loop of the process. I will definitely use her again!

We had used Kris when she was located in the SLC are and loved her work. So, when we in the market to purchase in St George, we found she had relocated there, too! We immediately called her - she was our first choice! As purchases and closings go, there's always some detail that needs attention or some issue that comes up. Kris did an awesome job helping us refinance our home with no out of pocket expenses, kept us informed with how the process was going along the way . She helped us with finding the right loan product, scheduling the inspection & appraisal, kept in contact with us after closing at title company & followed up to see if everything was done as we expected.

Can't imagine someone living in Southern Utah and NOT using Becky. She's knowledgable and very thorough. No gouging. Great rate at a fair price. Consider yourself fortunate if Becky originates your loan.

I've loved working with Becky Staples. She and her husband make a great team! They are always available and very knowledgable and helpful.
