Emily was very helpful when getting our first home mortgage. She explained the process and what we could expect going into the loan. She calculated a few different options and gave us examples on why each would be best depending on how long we planned to live in the home or what monthly payments we wanted.

Lane was great to work with. He really has your best interest at hand at all times. Our transaction went very smoothly with zero bumps in the road and we got exactly what he quoted. I would definitely work with Lane again and will be referring all of our friends and family.

This was our first time buying a home and he walked us through each step, explained everything thoroughly, told us what to expect, gave us a list of things we needed, and was super nice and personable. We really enjoyed working with him.

I called to see if my husband and I could get a loan for a house and left Jeremy a voicemail. Within the next hour, he called me back and we did an application over the phone. A few hours later, he called to tell me how much we qualified for. He was very kind and quick to respond. He gave me a deadline and met it. I was really impressed with Jeremy and I definitely will use him in the future.

It was an absolute pleasure working worh Jon. He took the time to explain the different options we had and made sure we were comfortable with our decisions. What impressed us most about Jon, aside from his friendliness, was the feeling we got that he was completely honest and wanted the best option for us. I've already recommended Jake to family and friends.Hi knows his stuff and he's very responsive. I think what really won me over with Jake is when he called me back to refinance my house. When he first set up our mortgage, rates had jumped and we ended up getting a higher rate than we really wanted. You can't go wrong with Jake Francom! Someone who actually ANSWERS their phone!!! You'll get great customer service and he is very knowledgeable about the market and industry. Very competent. You'll be glad you went with Jake and will want to refer all of your friends and family to him!
