Whit and his team are absolutely wonderful. As a first time home-buyer I really needed a lot of guidance. Whit spent an afternoon with me at the beginning and helped me understand the whole process as well as continued to give me that level of support throughout the entire process. Jane pulled off a heroic process. After getting bait and switched by a bigger lender she was able to rescue me from a costly risk of delayed closing. If you're considering First Heritage please also cross shop other lenders. For every mortgage sheet you get send it to your other lenders and ask if they can beat it or match. Jane to her credit still matched the compelling offer I had but didn't require a two week extension to closing.

My wife and I are in the process of downsizing and purchased a Stanley Martin house, we were connected with Tom and his team.
