Jane pulled off a heroic process. After getting bait and switched by a bigger lender she was able to rescue me from a costly risk of delayed closing. If you're considering First Heritage please also cross shop other lenders. For every mortgage sheet you get send it to your other lenders and ask if they can beat it or match. Jane to her credit still matched the compelling offer I had but didn't require a two week extension to closing.
