Daniel was communicating constantly about the loan process and was able to comply with deadlines. One small issue at the end but no Daniel's fault, it came from the builder.

Mike was nothing short of amazing throughout our entire process. We dragged him along with with us for over 13 months and he was incredibly patient, diligent, and thorough. He was available to us whenever we needed and always made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. Our home purchase process was made much easier due to Mikes hard work and commitment. I cannot recommend Mike enough!

Had some issues with the builder on a property and Liz helped us work through it. After finding a different property, she helped us close within 3 weeks. With her help we included a temporary buy down to help with the high rates and bridge to a refi in a few years.

James Walker. And his team. Zach. Excellent. But, you can't trust online reviews. Do a test. Pick 5, or 10 (which I did) potential lenders. Email them the exact same email with some questions on Friday night or Saturday morning. If you do, and if you include James Walker, you will decide to go with James by Monday night. And, through a 2 YEAR process, he and his team were excellent the entire time. No dropoff, constant support. We will refinance or HELOC in a couple years. No doubt we go to James.
