Let me start off by saying John was awesome. This was my first time purchasing a home and so many things were utterly confusing. John was patient and kind. My experience with Mr. Minor was wonderful. I’m an auditor and therefore need to see a breakdown of funds with any transaction. In working with Kim, he had no problem providing that for me while answering questions. Because he took his time and was thoughtful of my requests, I recommended him to my mom. She in turn received the same wonderful experience.
