Jeffery and his team was absolutely professional, kind ,compassionate,and understanding of the way and process it takes to buy a home.I was frustrated with the underwriters about the "Nazi-where-does-every-dollar-come-from-questions" but he explained the 'why" very well and it was much better to cope with.I would highly recommend him and his team,closing was flawless with his team also.And Richard (our broker) was very good too and patient with us in our "non-knowledge" of buying.
