As a first time home buyer, Kim was extremely helpful with assisting me in the process of securing my first mortgage. He walked me through each step and was always available to answer any questions that I may have had. He definitely keeps in touch with his customers beyond the purchase of their homes and is always willing to support his clients in various capacities. I also refinanced through him and will probably do so again!
I did not have the best credit scores or best credit to debt ratios. Mr Minor keep working to find a lender that would approve me. He is very good in keeping you update on what is happening with your loan.
Will and the entire team was extremely efficient in underwriting our loan. We were scheduled for a March closing but because of their hard work we were able to close in early February. I’d whole heatedly recommend anyone who needs a loan to contact them.
