Mr. Jeffrey Neilsen was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable and pleasant . He made the whole loan process very simple and easy even though we had some bumps in the process at some point with my employer being not helpful at all! Jeffrey was supportive all the way through. He played his magic to make the loan go through despite the hard time his team got from my employer. I had referred Sandra to my parents who bought a place in DC and then I used her for my first time purchase. She was so amazing and responsive at all hours throughout the day/weekend. She worked so hard in order to get our loan completed despite several hurdles that we had to overcome and truly took the time to explain everything to me. I will definitely use her in the future and recommend her to all.
Mike and the First Heritage Mortgage team were excellent to work with. They made the home buying process smooth, efficient, and painless. All our communications were detailed with what to expect, who to expect it from, exactly what should be sent or posted to the online portal, when pieces of the process would take place, etc, and then each of those parts of the process went as expected. The staff were friendly, professional, responsive, helpful, and worked well together to make this process easy!

Sandra worked very closely with me while understanding my requirements. It happened so that I had to be out of country with very little access to internet and phone.
