Whitney is a very down to earth lady. Everything went very smooth. I would recommend her to everyone. I needed her to recommend a closing attorney - she picked one that works with the Fire Department which gave me a discount. Whitney works for a place that also gives a discount to Homes for Hero's. I have posted this in my Fire Department - alot of people do not know of this service.
I was referred to Whitney early in my buying experience by Sean Craft, a fantastic realtor. Whitney was extremely friendly and fast to respond to my requests. I have had the pleasure of working with Will and Nancy on two occasions, one home purchase and one refinance. In each of these situations, the deck was stacked against my wife and I. During the home purchasing experience, other lenders/brokers could not get the job done. Then comes Will and Nancy, who turned everything around. She was very professional and always available to discuss our questions and concerns. The bigger banks and agencies tend to pass you to whomever is available at the time. Whitney learned who we were, what our needs were, and worked hard to find a program that fit. Would recommend without hesitation.
