I was a first time home buyer and Phil worked with me to discuss my situation and thoroughly explain the lending process to me. Once I had price points to look for, I worked with my agent to find my first home. The home I picked needed the loan to close quickly and both Phil and the rest of his team at First Heritage were very helpful during the process. I never had to wonder if the loan was on track or not, they were courteous and able to close the loan quickly and accurately.

From the first day thru closing the Jeffrey Neilsen team made this as seamless as possible. They were on top of everything which made it less stressful for me because I didn't have to worry. Always a step ahead and forward thinking. Loved the signature that I was able to do from home which saved time, and paper. I will use them for future home buying endeavors and will absolutely recommend them to everyone I know... My lender for life..

Whitney was on top of the many details and kept the process on track by Email. She was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She helped to set up closing at a convenient time and location with respect to my work responsibilities.

Whitney is a very down to earth lady. Everything went very smooth. I would recommend her to everyone. I needed her to recommend a closing attorney - she picked one that works with the Fire Department which gave me a discount. Whitney works for a place that also gives a discount to Homes for Hero's. I have posted this in my Fire Department - alot of people do not know of this service.

I have had the pleasure of working with Will and Nancy on two occasions, one home purchase and one refinance. In each of these situations, the deck was stacked against my wife and I. Whitney was such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend. What sets Whitney apart is her responsiveness - faster than a duck on a junebug! I can't tell you the number of times I emailed or called her with a question, and got answers back immediately. Try getting that from a bank!
