I have purchased my house 3 months back I was shopping for loan mortage and my agent recomend Phil's name. Phil and Vivian were amazing. Simply amazing. They worked fast and efficiently, and always offered help and support. They helped me reach a 30 day closing date, even with some delays in paperwork on my end. I would recommend them to ANYONE!!

Whitney was always available and willing to answer my numerous questions. We had never taken a USDA loan and Whitney made it quite simple. There were even a few weekend questions that Whitney answered in a very timely manner. Definately recommend Whitney if you need a solid lender contact.

David and his team were superb at processing my new home loan with a builder I bought from. I received timely updates throughout the process and answers to any and all questions that came about through the purchase. I would highly recommend buyers consider David Bridges as he is a fantastic local loan officer who cannot only perform as promised, but educate you along the way.

What a real go-getter we have in Whitney Watson. We were with another lender in Richmond,VA when it became obvious that we were getting nowhere and in danger of losing our waterfront dream home. I reached out to Whitney on the phone and told her of our stalled situation with the other company and immediately came across as a professional who could find a way to get it done!!!!!!! We were tremendously happy with and grateful for Lindsay's expertise and assistance with obtaining a mortgage loan for our first home. She was friendly, responsive, accommodating, and generally made an overwhelming process seem easy. We were impressed with everything, but especially with how hard she worked when some unforeseen obstacles emerged only a week from our scheduled closing date. Thanks to her ingenuity, the obstacles were overcome and we closed right on time. We heartily recommend her services.
