I had a great experience with Mitch. He was very helpful and responsive. He answered all of our questions that we had and helped us through the difficult process of acquiring a mortgage. He made it seem a lot less difficult.

Mitchell is absolutely wonderful to work with. He even interrupted his daughter's graduation to help us in a pinch! You don't get that kind of customer service everywhere. I would recommend him to everyone I know.

Where to begin? Every aspect of my loan process went smoothly. Whitney is one who will tell you what you really need to know in the way you are able to understand. I am one who asks questions, sometimes a LOT of questions, and she took the time to not only answer them but to research on facts she didn't have immediately on hand. He makes every attempt to keep loan seekers aware of ways to reduce loan costs, he is extremely responsive to question, and is excellent at walking first time buyers or even those with limited knowledge through the complexities of loans. I was a first time home buyer and Phil worked with me to discuss my situation and thoroughly explain the lending process to me. Once I had price points to look for, I worked with my agent to find my first home. The home I picked needed the loan to close quickly and both Phil and the rest of his team at First Heritage were very helpful during the process. I never had to wonder if the loan was on track or not, they were courteous and able to close the loan quickly and accurately.

From the first day thru closing the Jeffrey Neilsen team made this as seamless as possible. They were on top of everything which made it less stressful for me because I didn't have to worry. Always a step ahead and forward thinking. Loved the signature that I was able to do from home which saved time, and paper.
