Maureen was incredible to work with throughout our home buying process. We had several homes we bid on before finding our dream home and a number of unusual scenarios we needed help with, including navigating a short sale situation. Maureen was knowledgeable and friendly, with prompt responses to our dozens of questions. By the end, she truly was a friend. She helped us button up everything we would need well in advance, so once we found our dream home, we were able to close quickly and efficiently -- even over the holidays!
As first time homebuyers, Troy was great to work with! Troy was able to show us mortgage breakdowns prior to offers so that we had no surprises going into contract. Troy was quick with closing and great at explaining everything so we knew what the next steps were. Troy also worked to get the best rate and mortgage payment possible! I would highly recommend him!!
She made everything simple and got everything done earlier than expected. I would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to purchase a home. Her and her team were wonderful.
The team at First Ohio was great to work with! Chris was really efficient in his communication and I'd recommend working with him in the future. However, the star of the show was Nicole who helped quarterback the process and get us across the finish line. She was detailed, clear and very supportive through it all. We are cleared to close now!

Absolutely stellar team. They go above and beyond with the lending process. I was blown away by their genuine care for making the process easy. Nicole in particular was absolutely amazing, communicating consistently and answering any questions in an extremely timely nature. Excellent work.
Jen has been awesome to work with while purchasing our first two investment properties. She is very knowledgeable in what she does and has taught me a ton through these two deals. She is always there if I have a question about something. What I like most is that she is very timely in her responses and the ability to get us closed on our properties. I highly recommend Jen for your lending needs.
