The entire team we worked with including Chris, Lucita and Nicole were terrific, kind, highly responsive and efficient. This is our second investment property loan with them due to the stated reasons. They are so personable and easy to work and their prices were the best. We look forward to continuing into 2023 with all of our future investment properties with Chris and the team. Highly recommend!

Maureen was incredible to work with throughout our home buying process. As first time homebuyers, Troy was great to work with! Troy was able to show us mortgage breakdowns prior to offers so that we had no surprises going into contract. The team at First Ohio was great to work with! Chris was really efficient in his communication and I'd recommend working with him in the future. However, the star of the show was Nicole who helped quarterback the process and get us across the finish line. She was detailed, clear and very supportive through it all.
