First Ohio Home Finance was amazing to work with. This was our 4th mortgage with them but it was a bit different. We were buying directly from a seller in another state and she wanted to close in less than a month. First Ohio made miracles happen! We closed in just 3 weeks and they communicated with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend First Ohio to anyone.

Donna was great with communication, let me know what was needed every single step of the way (which I would return anything requested immediately- that communication has to go both ways!)!!! The purchase of my home took about a month from start to finish and less than 90 days from my original credit pull. The entire team we worked with including Chris, Lucita and Nicole were terrific, kind, highly responsive and efficient. This is our second investment property loan with them due to the stated reasons. They are so personable and easy to work and their prices were the best. We look forward to continuing into 2023 with all of our future investment properties with Chris and the team. Highly recommend!

Maureen was incredible to work with throughout our home buying process. We had several homes we bid on before finding our dream home and a number of unusual scenarios we needed help with, including navigating a short sale situation. Maureen was knowledgeable and friendly, with prompt responses to our dozens of questions. By the end, she truly was a friend. As first time homebuyers, Troy was great to work with! Troy was able to show us mortgage breakdowns prior to offers so that we had no surprises going into contract. Troy was quick with closing and great at explaining everything so we knew what the next steps were. Troy also worked to get the best rate and mortgage payment possible! The team at First Ohio was great to work with! Chris was really efficient in his communication and I'd recommend working with him in the future. However, the star of the show was Nicole who helped quarterback the process and get us across the finish line. She was detailed, clear and very supportive through it all. We are cleared to close now!
