Speed, organization, effective communication, and product knowledge/availability are all highlights to working with Chris Wharton and his team at First Ohio. I was very happy with their competitive rates & they helped me close on my home quickly. I have worked with 3 different lending groups in Central Ohio over the last few years and this was my best experience by a large degree.

MY husband and I enjoyed working with Chris and his team. They were very nice, and helpful. Being first time home owners we weren't sure of alot of things. Chris and the team explained everything, and did everything they could to getting us to be home owners, and in a timely matter due to our situation. Would definitely work with them again.

Chris did a great job providing us with a very competitive rate. His team, Nicole and Lucita, were helpful all along the way getting us to the finish line, answering many questions in a timely fashion, helping us get what we needed to the underwriters, and all the way to closing. John was very good to work with. I had no problem getting all my questions I had answered. John made sure I was all set up and told me what I needed to do before I even started going through the process of buying a house to better me and suit my needs. John got the closing process done super fast almost 3 weeks early! I would highly recommend working with him as he knows what he is doing and is very good at it.

First Ohio Home Finance was amazing to work with. This was our 4th mortgage with them but it was a bit different. We were buying directly from a seller in another state and she wanted to close in less than a month. First Ohio made miracles happen! We closed in just 3 weeks and they communicated with us every step of the way. We would highly recommend First Ohio to anyone.
Donna was great with communication, let me know what was needed every single step of the way (which I would return anything requested immediately- that communication has to go both ways!)!!! The purchase of my home took about a month from start to finish and less than 90 days from my original credit pull.
