So currently ( 2021) the market is absolutely crazy, as many of you know! Tammy swooped in and took care of everything effortlessly! Clear and consistent communication. She was there for us every step of the way. We could not have asked for anyone better! She has so much knowledge and works diligently to make sure that you are taken care of appropriately and promptly. We will absolutely refer her to anyone we know! She is amazing!

When I started my home search, I had NO idea what to expect. Tammy not only hand-held me through the lending process, explaining everything to me kindly, but her empathy made me feel like she had my back 100%. I would highly recommend First Ohio Home Finance to my closest family and friends. Troy Farrell and his team were knowledgeable, persistent, adaptive, responsive, honest, and truly excellent at their jobs. I ran into some issues when trying to buy my first home when I made an error at the beginning of the process. Troy did an excellent job helping me both with buying my first home to refinancing. He is very helpful in explaining the process in easy to understand steps and makes sure you're well informed before making a decision.
