We worked with Chris Wharton at 1st Ohio Home Finance to purchase several investment properties in Dayton, Middletown, and Franklin OH. Given the size of the portfolio, we were pleasantly surprised that closing was as smooth as any single transaction we had in the past on previous homes with other lenders in various parts of the country. He and his team are responsive, professional, and go above and beyond for their clients. I absolutely recommend Chris. We look forward to working with him again very soon.

I've worked with a couple lenders on investment properties, and had a very smooth close with Chris + Team. They have a streamlined system and were always very responsive with communication. They also have great referrals for insurance brokers, etc. Would recommend!

First Ohio Mortgage is is a first class company! Worked with Corey Riddle on a new home purchase. he was very organized, very quick with feedback, and very transparent and upfront on costs and reasoning for fees.
