Buying a home especially now is TOUGH! Crazy process with a lot of bumps along the way but Maureen made it happen!!! She spent many many hours of back and forth and putting up with my neurotic self lol

We have worked with First Home Finance and Troy on two separate refis. They were GREAT. Communications are quick and easy and the forms are simple to complete. Troy is excellent at guiding through the process and making recommendations for the future. I will recommend Troy to any of my family and friends looking to get or redo a mortgage. Great experience!

Theresa was awesome to work with, made the process so easy! We had dates we needed to work around for closing and she made sure everything was set up so we had no issues closing when we needed to. Most definitely recommend her!

So currently ( 2021) the market is absolutely crazy, as many of you know! Tammy swooped in and took care of everything effortlessly! Clear and consistent communication. She was there for us every step of the way. We could not have asked for anyone better! She has so much knowledge and works diligently to make sure that you are taken care of appropriately and promptly. We will absolutely refer her to anyone we know! She is amazing!

When I started my home search, I had NO idea what to expect. Tammy not only hand-held me through the lending process, explaining everything to me kindly, but her empathy made me feel like she had my back 100%. I would highly recommend First Ohio Home Finance to my closest family and friends. Troy Farrell and his team were knowledgeable, persistent, adaptive, responsive, honest, and truly excellent at their jobs.
